Tonight I spent a while looking for one simple stock image of a sad woman and what do I get? Pages and pages and pages of young people cutting wrists, cutting mouths, sewing up lips, so on and so forth, ad nauseum.

Young people on here are seriously screwed up. And as someone else said to me recently, DA is taking advantage of that. Oh yeah, give me all the excuses that I'm Soooooooooo out of touch. Yeah right. I think it's gross, you're all deluded, there's more to life than that. And yes, this is my rave so get over yourselves.

I've had my share of serious depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, etc. And yes, I have a few bits of art on here that are pretty graphic. But they are drawings, not photos of me in the act. Yes there are people that cut themselves. But taking photos of it and putting it up on DA? online? Even if it is fake blood there are kids on here that are impressionable, no matter how tough an exterior they put up.

And the ridiculous comments by posters - oh this is so emotional, so lovely, so real, blah blah blah. I didn't see a skerrick of emotion - just hardness and defiance.

One day you will regret it - as I do having seen that stuff.
